The new Xtreme Fat Loss Diet by Joel Marion has prompted this article on this latest dieting to lose weight system. This extreme diet is supposed to last 25 days however those 25 days won’t be easy. This special diet will likely be among the most demanding dieting programs most people will go through. Do not doubt it for a minute, this diet system is extreme and the title really says it all. Still, in the end I realized it would be of great benefit if I could just stick with the diet program and I’m glad I finished it. The next couple of days were going to be much easier in the five day cycle because day four was a moderate carbohydrate intake day. So after the last two days in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet of eating absolutely no carbohydrates you’re permitted to take up a good quantity enabling your body to recuperate. And concluding the five day cycle in Joel Marion’s program we had the protein only depletion day, which meant we’re able to only really consume protein and had to reduce our carbohydrates once again. This day was not too bad and when you can handle everything else in the Xtreme Fat Loss Diet then this will be painless.
